Lead & Review Incentive Policy
Overview
The Go Buzz Me platform allows businesses to grow through two community-driven services: Review Requests and Lead Generation. These programs allow businesses to offer compensation to local users and marketers in exchange for authentic reviews and qualified leads.

This policy outlines how payments, verification, and quality control work — ensuring a fair, secure, and transparent experience for all users.

1. Review Incentive Policy
How It Works:
Businesses can post a request for reviews and offer a payment per review. The amount is set by the business and held securely in Go Buzz Me escrow.

Reviewers (local users or marketers) can browse available review requests.

Once a review is submitted, it is verified by Go Buzz Me or the business.

If approved, the payment is released to the reviewer from escrow.

Eligibility:
Only users who have genuinely interacted with the business (as a client or customer) are eligible to submit a review.

Fake, misleading, or AI-generated reviews are strictly prohibited and will not be paid.

Refunds & Disputes:
If a review is flagged as fraudulent or unverifiable, the payment will be refunded to the business.

Reviewers may appeal a rejection once per submission by providing proof of service.

Example:
A cleaning company offers $15 for each honest review. A local customer submits a review with proof of service (invoice + photo), and the payment is released once verified.

2. Lead Payment Policy
How It Works:
Businesses can request new leads and set their own budget. Leads may come from local users referring friends or from marketers running campaigns.

There are two payment models:

Pay-per-lead: Business pays after each lead is reviewed and approved.

Escrow model: Business deposits funds upfront; leads are paid automatically upon approval.

Leads include basic contact details, service need, and location. Businesses are notified by email for each new lead and must confirm payment to unlock details (in pay-per-lead mode).

Quality Requirements:
Leads must be real, local, and relevant to the business category.

Duplicate, fake, or spam submissions are blocked.

Businesses may report low-quality leads for manual review.

Refunds & Disputes:
Ineligible leads will not be charged.

Rejected leads due to fraud or duplication are automatically refunded.

Users submitting invalid leads may be suspended or removed from the platform.

Example:
A roofing company sets a $40 lead price. A marketer refers a homeowner needing roof repairs. The business reviews the lead, approves it, and pays to view full contact info.

3. Anti-Fraud & Platform Integrity
Go Buzz Me monitors all activity for abuse. We do not tolerate:

Fake reviews or reviews written by users without real experience.

Self-generated leads or reviews using false profiles.

Mass automation, lead scraping, or misleading content.

Accounts involved in policy violations may be suspended without notice.

Go Buzz Me is a platform for connecting businesses with real users and marketers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted content. Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. By using this platform, all parties agree to follow these policies and accept final judgment by Go Buzz Me in any dispute.
